Friend 2 Chat is an AI-powered chat platform that allows users to interact with virtual AI characters. The characters are fictional and powered by artificial intelligence. All conversations are simulated and do not represent real human interactions.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination

5. AI-Generated Content

  • All AI character responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reliable
  • The AI characters do not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.)
  • You should not rely on AI-generated content for making important decisions
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Friend 2 Chat and protected by intellectual property laws
  • You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Service
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without permission

7. Premium Subscriptions

  • Some features may require a paid subscription
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policy

8. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRIEND 2 CHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Friend 2 Chat operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
