Charms Terms of Use

These Charms Terms of Use ("Charms Terms") govern your purchase and use of Charms, the virtual currency used within Friend 2 Chat. By purchasing or using Charms, you agree to these terms.

1. What Are Charms?

Charms are a virtual currency within Friend 2 Chat that can be used to:

  • Unlock premium AI character interactions
  • Access exclusive chat features and conversation modes
  • Send virtual gifts to AI characters
  • Unlock special character content and storylines
  • Access priority response times

2. Purchasing Charms

2.1 Purchase Methods

Charms can be purchased through:

  • In-app purchases via the Friend 2 Chat website
  • Subscription plans that include monthly Charms allocations
  • Promotional offers and bundles

2.2 Pricing

  • Charm prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
  • All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

2.3 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers
  • You must provide valid payment information to complete a purchase
  • We do not store your full payment card details

3. Using Charms

3.1 General Rules

  • Charms can only be used within Friend 2 Chat for designated features
  • Charms have no real-world monetary value outside of the Service
  • Charms cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users
  • Unused Charms remain in your account until used or until account termination

3.2 Charm Balance

  • Your Charm balance is displayed in your account dashboard
  • Charms are deducted at the time of use
  • Used Charms are non-refundable

4. Bonus and Promotional Charms

  • We may offer bonus Charms through promotions, events, or loyalty programs
  • Bonus Charms may have different expiration rules than purchased Charms
  • Promotional Charms are used before purchased Charms
  • Bonus Charms cannot be refunded or exchanged

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Eligibility

  • Refund requests for unused Charms may be considered within 14 days of purchase
  • Charms that have been used are non-refundable
  • Bonus or promotional Charms are non-refundable

5.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our support team at support@friend2chat.com
  • Provide your account details and purchase information
  • Refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated:

  • Remaining unused Charms will be forfeited
  • No refund will be issued for unused Charms if termination is due to Terms violation
  • If we terminate the Service, we will provide reasonable notice and refund options for unused purchased Charms

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Purchase Charms using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods
  • Exploit bugs or errors in the Charms system
  • Attempt to manipulate your Charm balance through unauthorized means
  • Sell, trade, or transfer Charms outside of the Service
  • Use Charms for any purpose other than their intended use within Friend 2 Chat

8. Changes to Charm Features

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify the features and content available for Charms
  • Change Charm pricing with reasonable notice
  • Introduce new ways to earn or spend Charms
  • Discontinue Charm features with advance notification

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friend 2 Chat is not liable for any loss related to Charms, including loss of Charms due to technical issues, account termination, or Service discontinuation, except as required by applicable law.
